Refunds & Exchanges
Our policy expires 30 days from the date you receive your product. If 30 days have elapsed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or an exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Before returning your product, please contact email@example.com to obtain a Return Processing Number (RPN). You will need to quote this number on your return. Items returned without a valid RPN will not be accepted.
Unless the item is damaged, defective or miss-shipped, returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee, where the 10% is the value of the returned item at the time of purchase. The restocking fee will be automatically deducted from your refund, if applicable.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your PayPal account within 48 hours.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you haven’t received your refund within five working days of approval, please contact PayPal.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged or miss-shipped. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
To return your product, first await for information regarding the return shipping address.
Unless the item is damaged, defective or miss-shipped, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for the outbound and the return shipments. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund and we pay for the return shipping, the cost will be deducted from your refund. If we paid for the outbound shipping, that cost will also be deducted from your refund.
If you are arranging return shipping and the shipment is valued over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
